Introduction

This troubleshooting guide will help you fix issues with Wi-Fi connectivity.

  1. If you have previously connected yourself to the Easymed network, go to your network settings on your phone and forget the network. Reconnect your phone to the WI-Fi network. Wi-Fi name: MedEasy
    • If you have previously connected yourself to the Easymed network, go to your network settings on your phone and forget the network.

    • Reconnect your phone to the WI-Fi network.

    • Wi-Fi name: MedEasy

    • Password: 12345678

    • Save the network settings, then attempt to connect.

  2. If you connected to the network successfully, you will be signalled so by your phone. Test the connection. If the problem persists: Unplug and replug the ethernet cable on both the Raspberry Pi and the router.

    • If the problem persists:

    • Unplug and replug the ethernet cable on both the Raspberry Pi and the router.

    • If this is unsuccessful, completely shut down the MedEasy kit and start it up again. Do the same with your phone.

    • Everything should be back online! (But if it isn't, let your reliable IT team know so that we can fix it!)
