  1. Tap on "Consultation" on the landing page (Home). The patients waiting from Triage are listed in the "Consultation" section. Tap on a patient to open its file. Once you have opened a patient's profile, you will see their "Medical Record" along with vital signs taken at Triage

    • Under the "Vital Signs", you will see Past Reports of the patient's medical history.

  2. To add a new case for a patient, click the " + " button on top right beside the patient's name A pop up button will appear from the bottom and you will see "NEW CASE" Click on "NEW CASE", and you will be redirected to options to input data about the patient

    • Click on "NEW CASE", and you will be redirected to options to input data about the patient

    • Fill up the boxes as you would in a form

    • You can click the "FROM CAMERA" button when prompted to take a picture of the patient's injury/physical condition

  3. Each of the existing medical reports of a patient will have--- Separate ID
    • Each of the existing medical reports of a patient will have---

    • Separate ID

    • and will be designed serially with the date the patient last visited

    • By clicking the arrow button, you will be able to see the patient's report from that particular date.
